Orders and Shipping
We have a flat rate of $8 on every order which covers the USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Service fee and handling.
If the flag(s) you selected are in stock, the order will ship the same day or within 24 hours, at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation email. We typically use USPS Priority Mail, so you should receive the order within 2-3 days. If the item(s) are not in stock, we will need to print, finish and prepare them for shipment. This could take 7-10 days.
Simply submit your request on our Contact Us form and we will update the Ship To Address.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number when your order ships.
No, we don’t keep your credit card information on file.
It depends on where you live and where the items are shipped. Taxes are charged in our home state of Florida. As a general rule, they are exempt outside the state of Florida.
We ship to all 50 states in the USA. No other countries at this time.
If you need to return or swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Of course you can. Please submit details on our Contact Us form so we can respond directly to your specific request.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will direct you on how to return the item. If it is not due to our error, it is your responsibility to ship the items back to the address below and there will be a 20% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
